我認為是全香港最好食的蛋糕之一。
中間的雲尼拿夾心係無比出色。一分錢，一分貨：餡料是用Tahitian Vanilla製成的。口感極度濃郁順滑😭🤍 從雪櫃取出，它有稍稍冰涼感；放進口裡，它會隨著舌頭的溫度隨隨融化… 對，就像高級雪糕一樣😍
雖然有一次晚上堂食，酥皮層已經淋掉了。不過夾心餡的好味程度足以蓋過一切缺點LOL😂 必須一提，high tea供應的迷你版本，由於酥皮x忌廉的比例不一樣，所以沒有原裝的好吃！

Hong Kong’s BEST Mille Feuille is this work of art from @rosewoodhongkong in #TsimShaTsui, hands down🥺❤️ The vanilla pastry cream in the center is literally mindblowing!!
Do note that the miniature one served at high tea does not taste as good as the regular. They tweaked the proportions to create a mini version, which I think upset its original golden ratio🧐
